SANITARY SYSTEM (as per the resort):

We are on a private septic system; the guidelines below are to be followed:

  • ONLY one-ply toilet tissue (or what is supplied) may be flushed; baby wipes, diapers, hygiene products, paper and any other disposable items must be placed in garbage bags and disposed of with regular waste.

  • Household liquids or chemicals must not be flushed or put down the sinks including fats, oil and grease,

    coffee grounds, solid food waste or bleach.

 

POOL HOURS OF OPERATION (as per the resort):

May 21st- September 28th *

Hours during “Off-Peak”: 9am – 6pm

*Hours during “Peak”: 8am – 8pm

To ensure the inclusion of everyone wishing to use the pool facilities, we request swimmers wear swimsuit and/or clean clothing (wear non-cotton t-shirts, thin long sleeve shirts, shorts or leggings) brought to the facility for the purpose of swimming. Participants using the pool must change from street clothes.Undergarments, cut-offs and jeans are not permitted in the pool.

Note: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be aware most of our pools and beach areas do not have lifeguards.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR REGULAR BOOKING:

  • Check-in after 3:00 PM
  • Check-out before 11:00 AM
  • Booking Deposit 50% due at time of booking (The balance is due on arrival)
  • Payments cash, e-transfer or Paypal. Credit card reservations will have a 5% surcharge applied.
  • Cancellation Policy Transferable or Credit
  • Cottage Rules: Designated smoking area by the firepit.  No smoking inside the cottage or deck.  The resort is generally a non-smoking resort especially around children.
  • Weekly stay only in July and August
  • Bookings are not firm until booking deposit is received.
